These terms govern the use of the Despensa de la Moda WhatsApp support channel. By messaging us there, you accept them.
1. What this channel is
It is a commercial support channel. It is there for product enquiries, quote requests, questions and order coordination. An automated assistant answers first and, when needed, a member of the team takes over.
2. What we say here is not a binding offer
Prices, minimum quantities, availability and lead times mentioned in the conversation are indicative and may change. No figure given by the automated assistant binds Despensa de la Moda. A commitment exists only once it is confirmed in writing by a member of the team, in a quotation, a purchase order or an invoice.
3. Machine translation
We translate the conversation so you can write to us in your own language. Translation is automatic and may contain errors. That is why we always keep the original text and show it next to the translation. If the two versions differ, the original text prevails. Trade terms are deliberately left untranslated.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not send illegal or offensive content, or third-party personal data without their permission.
- Do not use the channel for spam, bulk automated messaging or attempts to manipulate the assistant.
- Do not impersonate another person or company.
We may stop serving anyone who breaks these rules, without prior notice.
5. Availability
The automated assistant answers at any hour. A human agent answers during business hours. The channel depends on WhatsApp and on third parties: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
The brands, texts, images and catalogues we share belong to Despensa de la Moda or to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Liability
We are liable for what we confirm in writing in a quotation, order or invoice. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of indicative information from the conversation, nor for failures of WhatsApp or of the providers the channel depends on.
8. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published at this address, carrying the date in the header.
